Will I need to travel to Brazil at any point?
In the vast majority of cases, no. Powers of attorney, recognitions, stable union and probate can be conducted entirely remotely — our team carries out in person in Brazil whatever is required.
How long does a marriage or divorce recognition take?
It depends on the case and on the registry, but you receive a realistic timeline in writing in the proposal, before you commit. No vague promises.
How does payment work while living outside Brazil?
You pay in dollars, from the United States, through the means you already use. Scope and fees are set in writing before anything begins.
Do you provide service in English?
Yes — in Portuguese, English and Spanish, including for American spouses and relatives involved in the case.
